• First of all, soak the almonds in hot water for 10 minutes.

• After this, grind fennel, green cardamom and black pepper finely.

• Now, put almonds, cashews, pistachios, melon seeds, poppy seeds, fennel, green cardamom and black pepper in a blender and grind well.

• Boil the milk and add sugar to it and mix well.

• Now, add this mixture to the milk and mix well.

 • Soak the saffron threads in some milk and add it to the thandai.

• Let the thandai cool for some time.

• After cooling, pour the thandai into a glass and serve garnished with rose petals.
